● Over 17 years’ combined experience functioning as an Agile Coach, Advisor, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team Lead and Trainer.
● Advisor, by invitation, for Program Advisory Committee for IT Business Analysis Operations, Conestoga College, Ontario.
● Donated two Flashforge 3D printers to Conestoga College’s engineering department in 2022, increasing its prototyping capacity.
● Developed a free Pandemic Preparedness and Root Cause Analysis Tool ™ to help reduce global impact of COVID-19. Shared with 8,100+ LinkedIn connections in 2020.
● In 2014, I was invited by www.economist.com and attended ‘The Economist Innovation Forum 2014’ at The University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

● Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner® (A-CSPO®), CSM®, SAFe® Scrum Master, SAFe® Agilist.
● Former Certified Business Analysis Professional® (CBAP®) holder (2014 to 2020).
● Over 27 years business, technology and social experience gained from living on four continents (North America, South America, Europe, South East Asia).
● Inventor of and Product Owner for Rapid Aqua Life Save® solution (2016), a SaaS innovation designed to save lives at sea in real-time. e.g. airline passengers/crew, marine passengers/crew and aquatic athletes at sea, with post-quantum encryption features
● Secured trademarks for RapidAquaLifeSave® and its end-to-end blockchain consulting approach, in Canada, UK, France, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Pending USA application.
● Chose to open-source the 20 individual RapidAquaLifeSave® innovations, for this infrastructure-level initiative.
● Guest speaker at Ward Technology Talent’s Tech Talks in April, 2018, Toronto, discussing Digitized Trust, Blockchains, smart contracts, Brexit and quantum computing.
● Remotely coached graduate student to attain a distinction in MSc FinTech with Financial Markets at The Nottingham Trent University, UK (2022).
● In 2017, I was a guest panelist at the University of Toronto Artificial Intelligence Lab, lecturing on AI's role in Mobile UX. Over 150 UX designers attended event.
